Have you ever been coffeesmith in Hongdae?

Have you seen drama ‘A girl seeing smell’?  In episode 3, when Oh Rim (Shin Sekyung) was discussing the comedy antics with Officer Choi Mugak (Park Yoochun), they were at a coffee shop. If I’m not mistaken, it’s where Oh Rim’s friend is working too.

Now where is that coffee shop? It’s Coffeesmith in Hongdae. It’s one of the popular destinations because it’s relatively large. I mean, okay, there are larger coffee shops but I’m just pleasantly attracted to its interior which basically features wood.

If this place looks a bit familiar to you, then you must have watched It’s Okay, That’s Love starring Cho Insung, Gong Hyojin and EXO’s D.O. It’s one of the best Korean dramas I’ve ever watched and because of this post, I’m starting to miss it again. I’ve posted about the location here.

HOW TO GET THERE?

First, find your way to the Sangsu Station (Brown Line) and use EXIT 1 or 2. Both exits will lead you toWausan-ro.

Walk north. There’s a green street sign saying that the street is directed to Honggik Univ. so that’s the biggest clue that you’re headed to the right path.

Just walk straight until you passed by the famous Hongdae Club Street. The cafe is just before the Hongdae Playground Park.
